For a quarter of a century, Robert has become a mentor, employing locals and utilizing the team mentality he gained from varied knowledge to enrich his community. In addition, through partnerships, he has been able to procure connections in various trades to accomplish goals in his industry.

While continuing to build on a family mindset, he found a way to incorporate hard work into knowledge and continues to pass on legacies handed down from his father and grandfathers.
